Students who struggle to meet the graduation requirements of the state of Florida should consider the Classic Learning Test as an alternative path to graduation.
Students need to score a combined 36 out of 80 available points on the Verbal Reasoning and Grammar / Writing sections to achieve their ELA requirement.
All questions on the CLT are multiple choice, with 4 answer choices. Students must score an 11 out of 40 on the Quantitative Reasoning section to achieve their Math requirement.
Classic Test Prep's Pilot Cohorts achieved their graduation requirements at a much higher rate than our sample district, on just one attempt (compared to three attempts).
Co-Founder Scott Rozell has helped over 100,000 teachers pass their certification exams at his company, 240 Tutoring.
Now, Florida students can pass the CLT using the same methods and online course platform.
▹ 10 Total Hours of Studying and Taking Practice Tests
▹ 2 Additional, Optional Full Length Practice Tests
▹ Test-aligned Study Guide designed specifically for students struggling to meet graduation requirements
The data shows that 50% of students who completed the CLT Prep Course passed on their first attempt, while only 24% of students in a sample district passed even after three attempts without the course.
These results highlight the effectiveness of structured preparation, demonstrating that students enrolled in the CLT Prep Course are significantly more likely to succeed on their first try.
"Yes! The ability for students to learn test strategies in conjunction with the content made this program easy to follow and offered lasting skills."
